Citrus Cake
Grease and line your baking tin with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the curd and granulated sugar till sugar dissolves completely. Add the baking powder and baking soda and leave the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes for the bubbles to form.
Once the mixture has frothed well, add the oil, vanilla, orange and lemon rind and the flour and mix well.
Pour into the tin and place into the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center emerges clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for ten minutes. Now remove and cool it on a wire rack.
Serve it in any way you wish.

Cookies,Meringues and pie bread!
3 tsp active dry yeast
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of warm water
1tbsp margarine
1 egg yolk for brushing the top
SHAMAZING ginger-blend COOKIES
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease up 1 tray with oily spray stuff
- Step 2
Use an electric beater to beat the butter and sugar in a bowl until pale and creamy. Add the golden syrup and egg yolk and beat until combined. Stir in the flour, ginger, five spice thing and bicarbonate of soda. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.

Place the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll out until about 4mm thick. Use a cookie cutttters to cut out stuff . Place on trays about 3cm apart. Repeat with any excess dough. And then they will be amazingly fancy and delish.

Red velvet cupcakes
Cinnamon and cocoa cake
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In a saucepan, combine the water, oil, butter and cocoa; bring just to a boil over medium heat. Pour over dry ingredients; mix well. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda; mix well. Pour into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
- Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Place on a wire rack.
