Welcome to the blog & blueberry jam
Hola humanoids!!
This blog is designed for cooking slash baking purposes only
I am exactly 11 years old and started baking 4 years ago (I think)
These recipes are found in books, websites and cooking shows
Here is a basic recipe for blueberry jam
1 cup of Blueberries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
1 & 1/2 tbs of honey
2 tbsp of honey
2 tsp of lemon juice (preferably with the zest)
Place the blueberries in a medium sized pot and mash them with any object that is suitable
Add all the other stuff and keep on mixing
Start talking to yourself whilst mixing
Let it boil for maybe 14-21 minutes
If it starts to thicken your nearly finished but turn the heat down low and start mixing faster
Make sure every blueberry is destroyed and lost in the jam
Pour the scrumptious mix into any amount of STERILIZED jars
Label them with labels that have names for the jam that you just made
Cover them when not being savoured
They will last for up to 2-3 weeks
P.S don't forget to wash the dishes
P.P.S comment on how they worked out on my blog
